Integrated Food Park Pvt Ltd

Overview

This is India’s first mega food park, a public-private partnership between India’s Ministry of Food Processing Industry (MOFPI) and the country’s leading retail company Future Group. IFPPL has 46 acres of land divided into various plot sizes with fully developed infrastructural facilities, enabling interested parties to set up processing facilities depending on their business needs.

CHALLENGES :

With its large power consumption the existing solar power plant was executed under OPEX model. The client had a structure that at many curves and angles that were not suited for optimum generation. The angles provided gave a poor layout for DC/AC – Stringing management and generation. Post execution there were performance issues in generation which were not understood.

SOLUTION :

Through thorough engineering and working with the best structure suppliers in the country, the team was able to come up with Unique Solutions to give an “Almost SouthSide Optimal Generation”.

Post execution with GSE’s expertise in the management of financial, commercial, and administrative tasks necessary to ensure optimal financial performance of a solar PV plant, a strong combination of reliable project analysis and structured O&M was proposed by GSER to curb the loss in energy. This brought the production levels up again and boosted revenue. Another victory for GSE Engineering and Asset Management.

BENEFITS:

The benefit to the consumer of 44 lakhs annually and investor included an INR 9.5 lakh saving on an 85-lakh yearly revenue. An increase by 11%. Investor could not save on revenue with hassle free maintenance of the plant to free up time and resources.
